You Can Control Your Dreams . Lucid Dreams, Science Behind Dreams

                

Can we control our dreams? What are you saying? How to control dreams? Tell the technique?. These all are your questions. I know it because all of us like to control dreams. In real life, fewer possibilities to live as our wish but in dreams, we can do as our wise. 

What is a dream?
      Our brain imagines or creates stories, ideas, emotions in our sleep. It may be good or bad. It can make you happy, sad, think, confuse, disturb. Dreams occur when you are in REM sleep (Rapid Eye Moment sleep) 

Lucid Dreams
       A Lucid Dream is a dream that dreamers are aware that they are dreaming. They are in a conscious state. 

         The dreamers are aware they are dreaming, aware of the environment, characters, objects, memory, making decision.

About Dreams
                 
          
         Our mind is more active in dreams than when we're awake. In sleep, our body and brain will relax and get ready for the next day's work. we are gathering a lot during the day, our brain is busy with storing the information. When we are sleeping our brain makes some sense of it.

        
         Our conscious mind relaxes when we are in sleep but our subconscious mind works even in sleep. The subconscious mind is responsible for dreams. The conscious mind is busy with recorded memory during days, this process generates dreams.

               

How to control our dreams

Reality testing  
     Check the mirror, to see your reflection looks normal. 
       Push the hard object or wall to check it contains normal pressure.
       Look your hand, is it normal?
       See the clock consistently, check the time.
       Check your breathing pattern.

Do it regularly in the day time, it will improve your conscious mind power and it will train your mind to repeat the reality check during the dream.

Wake Back To Bed

       Wake after 5 hours of sleep and do something like reading, fall back asleep. Now you may reach REM sleep in a conscious state.

Dream journal

         Keeping a dream diary is the most used method of lucid dreams over the world.
         Note your dream every day, it will help you to realize that you are in a dream next time.
         For best results,read your dream diary every day.

       We are dreaming 4-6 dreams in one night approximately. We forget 95% of our dream.
